MISSION
To provide support and life enrichment programming to older adults served by the Halton Region Services for Seniors Division.
The Organization serves the following population:
The Foundation provides support and life enrichment programming to older adults served by the Halton Region Services for Seniors Division.
This includes:
• Three long-term care homes: Post Inn Village – Oakville, Creek Way Village – Burlington, Allendale – Milton
• Three adult day programs: Silver Creek Place – Georgetown, Milton Place – Milton, Friends Landing – Milton
• Four assisted living programs: Bonnie Place I & II – Burlington, Wellington Terrace – Burlington, Martin House – Milton, John R. Rhodes Senior Residence – Oakville.
The Foundation encourages and supports further education of the Region’s clinical staff by offering an annual bursary.
How does this charity serve Burlington/Halton directly:
We are a grassroots organization, offering support in the Halton Region. Our supports for Burlington specific are as listed above.
The donated funds would be used for:
Each year we need to raise just over $100,000 to continue to provide the programming we do. Receiving funds from 100+WWCB would launch our year with an incredible foundation for success. Being our first full year after expanding to support the assisted living facilities under our banner, it is more important than ever for us to secure community support.

• Corporate
We do not receive any government funding.
